PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsional damper having sufficient vibration damping effects. SOLUTION: The torsional damper 21 comprises a driving shaft 24 for transmitting rotating power, a mass member 26 arranged on the outer periphery of the driving shaft 24, a plate 31 arranged between the driving shaft 24 and the mass member 26 for restricting the radial movement of the mass member 26, and a vulcanized rubber for elastically joining the plate 31 to the driving shaft 24 and the mass member 26.
