PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide form for a water stop plate installable surely in the periphery of the water stop plate, and can enhance working efficiency compared with conventional one. SOLUTION: This slide form 10 for the water stop plate is provided with a form 11, a support frame 12 for supporting the form 11, and an elevation means for elevating the support frame 12 along a sidewall 2 of one side concrete block 1, a groove 11a inserted with the water stop plate 3 projected from a surface of the sidewall 2 of the one side concrete block 1 is provided along an extended direction of the water stop plate 3, in the vicinity of the central part of the form 11, and a groove width of the groove part 11a is set to be substantially equal to a thickness of the water stop plate 3, and the form is thereby arranged in the sidewall of the one side concrete block to lay the groove part along the water stop plate.
