PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ecosystematic environmental product which facilitates the luxuriant growth of aquatic plants by making an agricultural drainage ditch, division works, a revetment articulated block, an underwater foot protection block, etc. partially porous, and which also facilitates the luxuriant growth of bait for freshwater fishery products. SOLUTION: The product is put into a partially-porus state. Porous concrete is obtained by mixing a small amount of crushed sand, slenderly-cut botanic rice straws and tree branches and coarse sawdust into coarse aggregate (with a relatively-high coefficient of water absorption) having a maximum particle diameter of 13-15 mm, and kneading them with cement. The porous concrete is impregnated with a bacillus natto liquid by means of an atomizer in the removal of forms after the hardening of the concrete, or the bacillus natto liquid is mixed into the plants from an initial stage, so as to propagate aquatic plants and facilitate the production of feeding stations for the freshwater fishery products.
