MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of molds capable of manufacturing a plurality of molds from one master disk, with favorable exfoliation property from a casting mold. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the mold includes processes of: forming a photocurable composition layer 2 consisting of a liquid photocurable composition including a compound having at least one photopolymerizable group and a photopolymerization initiator on a substrate 1 or the master disk 3 with irregular patterns formed; sandwiching the photocurable composition layer with the substrate and master disk; forming a photocured layer 4 by exposing the photocurable composition layer in the sandwiched state by the substrate and master disk to active light; separating the master disk from the photocured layer; forming a plating deposit layer 5 on the photocured layer by performing wet plating using the photocured layer as a casting mold; and exfoliating the photocured layer from the plating deposit layer by dipping and dissolving the photocured layer in an alkali solution.
