The disk has circular ribs (2) and elliptical ribs (3) that are arranged on a rear side of a frictional ring (1) or between the frictional rings. The ribs limit cooling air channels (4) that lie on circular rings (21-25) concentric to a rotating center (M) of the disk attached in a radial direction (R). A large semi-axis of the elliptical ribs lies on the concentric circles (22, 24). The majority of the ribs are circular and only few elliptical ribs are provided on five radial jets (11-15) that are evenly distributed over the circumference of the disk.
