<p>A primer pair for detecting MIL-2 gene is provided to detect MIL-2 gene and its expression which are related to estrous cycle, pregnancy or abortion of mouse and improve the breeding. A primer pair for detecting MIL-2 (mouse IFITM(interferon-induced transmembrane protein) like-2) of animal comprises a primers of the sequence numbers 9 and 10. The general primer is used for detecting the MIL-2 gene in a genomic DNA of animal and in RT-PCR.</p> |
