A gear teeth structure of a harmonic drive is provided to reduce damage of gear tooth by matching the gear tooth of external circumference of a flexspline with the gear tooth of internal circumference of circular spline uniformly. In a gear teeth structure of a harmonic drive, an elastic flexspline(10) comprises a body of a cup shape(11), a gear tooth(12) of external circumference of an opening, and boss formed at the other side of the opening. A WAV generator is combined with the inner surface of the opening of flexspline. The WAV generator is comprised of a bearing and elliptical cam. The cam is combined with the inner circumference of the bearing, and the external circumference is inserted into an opening of the flxespline. A ball is maintained by a retainer between the inner circumference and the external circumference.
