<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier-free support service surely responding to a user requiring support in facilities, and to provide a system for the barrier-free support service. <P>SOLUTION: An information input/output apparatus 20n transmits information on the facilities used by the user and user's personal information to a central processing unit (CPU) 100 as first information. The CPU 100 transmits the first information to a processing execution apparatus 30n. An IC reading apparatus 40n acquires additional user's personal information and transmits the acquired personal information and time required for acquiring the information to the CPU 100 as second information. The CPU 100 transmits the second information to the processing execution apparatus 30n.
