<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for providing facility guidance information which provides facility guidance services adapted to the attribute of each user and customized to each user, without placing a burden on the users and the facility. <P>SOLUTION: The system for providing guidance information comprises a reservation management system, a customer management system and a user information terminal. The reservation management system has an attribute acquisition means for acquiring a user attribute in facility reservation, and a facility presentation means for searching for available facilities for which the user attribute meets the condition to use the facility, and presenting them to the user. The customer management system has a user information storage means for storing the reservation information of the facility selected by the user from the available facilities presented, and the user attribute in association with the user's identification information. The user information terminal has a user information holding means for obtaining and holding user information including the user attribute and the reservation information from the customer management system, and an information display means for displaying the facility guidance information by use of the user information stored. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
