摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal level conversion circuit of high operation reliability and a simple configuration, capable of normal signal level conversion even for the input signals of a low amplitude. SOLUTION: The signal level conversion circuit includes: first and second input transistors 1 and 2 for converting the input signal IN of the low amplitude to the output signal of a high amplitude; a first offset transistor 17 connected to a first current source 15 which supplies a current, and for adding a first offset voltage to the input signal and impressing it to the gate of the first input transistor; a second offset transistor 18 connected to a second current source 16 which supplies a current, and for adding a second offset voltage to a first bias voltage VREF' to be superimposed on the input signal and impressing it to the gate of the second input transistor; a cancellation transistor 30 for canceling the addition of the first offset voltage when the input signal is at a low level; and a cancellation release transistor 31 for preventing the canceling operation of the cancellation transistor when the input signal is at a high level.
