An electronic catalogue service offer method and a system activating the product publicity and on-line transaction are provided to produce and modify electronic catalogue by a user through online. A product registration/administration unit(200) registers the product information inputted from the terminal. An electronic catalogue production/administration unit(300) produces the electronic catalogue by using the registered product information as described above. The electronic catalogue production history information is managed the electronic catalogue production/administration unit. An electronic catalogue distribution/administration unit(400) distributes the produced electronic catalogue as described above from the terminal based on the received distribution information. A database(700) stores the product information and electronic catalog information.
