A submerged weir is provided, which is ascended and descended and can control the reservoir storage by blocking water current or flowing water. A submerged weir comprises: an excavation space(111) which is installed at the underwater bottom of river and is formed deep in the underground in the width direction of the river; an under block(120) which is settled in the excavation space and is ascended and descended in the excavation space by the first hydraulic cylinder; a middle block(130) or a top block(140) which is ascended and descended by second hydraulic cylinder(125) and third hydraulic cylinder(135); and a shutter device(150) which is installed at one side of the excavation space and closes the opened top of the excavation space. |
