A construction method of the pillar for the street facility and the structure thereof are provided, which improve workability and anchoring force according to the installation work of pillar. A construction method of the pillar for the street facility comprises: a step of digging out an installation hole using excavating device; a step of horizontally and perpendicularly assembling an anchor bolt and a reinforcing bar inside the installation hole; a step of setting up the horizontal standard board having the installation space in the top end portion of the anchor bolt; a step of charging the inside of the installation hole with concrete and curing it; a step of assembling the anchor bolt and the coupling hole of the flange; and a step of arranging residual soil. |
