A wireless mobile terminal with various responding methods by a menu and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to take a prompt measure for the situation of the user by receiving a voice communication request signal and promptly showing the signal during the ringing of a bell. A wireless mobile communication terminal includes a display unit(109), an input unit(110) and a controller(107). When the information of a caller and a call request signal are received from an originating terminal, the display unit displays a menu so that a user may selects one of functions such as a reception removal, an automatic response, text message transmission, chatting. The input unit receives a prompt method for the selected communication request signal, and the controller activates the correspondent function according to the measure.
