A vehicular intercooler with improved cooling performance is provided to cut down on the driving cost for the intercooler because there is no need to use the cool air of the air conditioner. A vehicular intercooler with improved cooling performance comprises an inlet(30), a heat exchange unit(40), and a duct member(50). The duct member is connected to the opening. The openings are respectively formed in the inlet and outlet(31). The duct member re-circulates some of the compressed air and supplies it to the heat exchange unit. The compressed air flows in through the inlet. The compressed air is exhausted through the outlet via the heat exchanger.
