<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably correct a camera shake whose magnitude changes in accordance with photographer's emotion. <P>SOLUTION: The photographing device such as a video camera is equipped with a means for detecting the biological information of a photographer, a means for deriving the kind or strength of emotion such as strong impression, excitement, joy and sadness felt by a photographer according to the detected biological information, and an emotion reflecting means for performing camera shake correction on the basis of derived emotion parameters. A pulse, a body temperature, sweating, blood pressure, brain waves, breathing, myoelectricity, the expression of a face, a rhythm of a voice, a blink, eye movement, and the size of a diameter of a pupil are mentioned as biological information.
