<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for an inexpensive, easily operable large-scaled servo press using an inverter and asynchronous servomotor. <P>SOLUTION: In the servo press, a slide is provided to the upper part of a bolster installed below the front of a frame as a forming means and is connected to a connecting rod so as to be moved up and down by a crankshaft which is operated by the power of a servomotor. The crankshaft is driven by the asynchronous servomotor. The servomotor is controlled through a PLC (programmable logic controller) which obtains the control data input through a touch screen provided on an operating panel, and through the inverter in which the result calculated in the PLC is output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
