<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing instant noodles in cup, which is capable of preventing damaging the inner surface of the biodegradable cup by dried noodle mass contained in the cup. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing instant noodles in cup includes the following process: A biodegradable cup formed of a biodegradable base layer and a biodegradable and water-resistant face layer covering the surface of the base layer is packed with at least one of a bag containing dried ingredients and a bag containing a soup material, and then a dried noodle mass is put on the former bag or the latter bag. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
