WATER TREATING METHOD AND WATER TREATING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treating method by which clogging of a dipped membrane or clogging of a reverse osmosis membrane when performing treatment by the reverse osmosis membrane at a latter stage does not rapidly occur and water treatment or water recovery of waste developing solution-containing raw water can be stably performed in water treatment by a dipped membrane activated sludge treatment.

SOLUTION: The water treating method comprises a flocculation separation treatment process for performing flocculation separation treatment of the waste developing solution-containing raw water and a dipped membrane activated sludge treatment process for performing activated sludge treatment of flocculation treatment water subjected to flocculation separation treatment by using the dipped membrane.
