<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently record images used for inspection to provide a high-quality images, by significantly reducing data amount by downgrading resolution of input images form external device and recording them as downgraded images, enabling high-quality image decoding by utilizing images having equivalent resolution which are recorded associated with the low resolution images, and controlling image decoding from low resolution images. <P>SOLUTION: The device for processing inspection image includes: an image input unit 101 for receiving images captured by external devices including a camera; an image downgrading unit 102 for downgrading the output images from the image input unit into downgraded images which have lower resolutions than the output images; an image selection unit 104 for selecting either the output images from the image input unit having different resolutions or the downgraded images by the image downgrading unit; an image recording unit 105 for recording the selected images by the image selection unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
