PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency reception unit and its manufacturing method, which can obtain a good heat dissipation effect without deteriorating performance of peripheral components or breaking down the components or without damaging a shield effect. SOLUTION: The unit includes a circuit board 5 where an electric circuit is mounted, a housing including a shield cover 2 which covers a frame-like shield case 1 where the circuit board 5 is contained and its opening, and a heat dissipation plate 25 with a part of its inner surface being in contact with a heating component 61.
