PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill processor allowing collection of bills without baring them, and allowing prevention of a situation where the bills are taken out from a cashbox. SOLUTION: This bill processor identifying whether a bill inserted from a bill insertion port 31a is a receivable bill or not, and receiving and storing the bill identified that it is the receivable bill includes the cashbox 5 for being installed/uninstalled, wherein a bill reception part receiving the bill is opened in a position on the inner side in a bill insertion direction when installed.
