PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional structural body for a rainwater storage/penetration system, which is sufficiently provided with resistance to shear deformation, the weight of which is reduced, and which has a structure capable of securing a large space in assembly and facilitating maintenance, and also to provide the rainwater storage and penetration system using it. SOLUTION: In the three dimensional structural body for a rainwater storage/penetration system, which is composed by assembling a plurality of structural members having vertical members 1, horizontal members 2 and/or horizontal members 3, at least a part of the horizontal member 3 is formed as a tabular body including a plurality of openings in the center while tabular braces are formed in non-opening portions.
