PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile attachment/detachment structure which enables a pile and a casing to be automatically, easily and surely attached to/detached from each other. SOLUTION: The pile attachment/detachment structure comprises the casing 20 which is set in an excavator 16, and the pile 23 which is detachably attached to a lower end of the casing 20 and the lower end of which has a bit 24. A locking protrusion 25 is formed in either of the pile 23 and the casing 20, and a hook-shaped locking groove 26 composed of vertical and horizontal grooves 26a and 26b is formed in the other one of them. The pile 23 is fixed to the casing 20 in the state of locking the locking protrusion 25 to the horizontal groove 26b, and separated from the casing 20 in the state of moving the locking protrusion 25 to the vertical groove 26a.
