PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary slide seat preventing large size of the rotary slide seat while suppressing deformation of the rotary slide seat by large front/rear load. SOLUTION: The rotary slide seat is provided with a swivel lower provided at a vehicle body side; a swivel upper for supporting a seat body; a turning bearing for making a seat body from a vehicle front direction to a vehicle outside direction relative to the vehicle body and supporting the swivel upper relative to the swivel lower; an arm capable of lifting the seat body at the indoor side and the outdoor side in the state that the seat body is turned in the vehicle outside direction; a guide plate provided on the swivel upper for supporting the arm through a roller provided on a side surface of the arm when the arm takes down the seat body at the outdoor side; and a forward inclination suppression member provided on the vehicle body side below a lower end of the guide plate when the seat body is positioned in the vehicle front direction.
