PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary nozzle which has a slit capable of changing the spouting width and the spouting direction of air flow, is easily dismantled and cleaned, and is attached to the tip end of a blower for blowing off and removing water, dust, dirt, and the like adhering to the outer surface of material to be treated, such as cans, containers, vegetables, and the like, by blowing an air flow of pressure air or the like. SOLUTION: The nozzle attached to the tip end of a blower for blowing off the adhesive materials by the air flow while moving the material to be treated to which the adhesive materials adhere comprises a connecting pipe connected to an air flow ventilation pipe of the blower, and a hollow nozzle main body provided continuously to the connecting pipe and provided with the width changeable slit for spouting the air flow toward the material to be treated.
