PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face pack with marks for a pressure point massage method having marks for the pressure point massage method on the outside of the face pack, thereby massaging the face for a time till the cosmetic component of the face pack infiltrates therein. SOLUTION: This face pack 1 with the marks for the pressure point massage method has the marks 6 for the pressure point massage method on its outer face, also has holes 3 for the eyes, holes 4 for the nose, a hole 5 for the mouth, and cuts 2 for fitting the face pack to the recesses/projections of the face.
