PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus with a built-in projector capable of efficiently radiating heat generated from the light source of the projector, and to provide a projection unit. SOLUTION: The present invention is used for the electronic apparatus 1 with the built-in projector 200. The electronic apparatus includes: the LED light source 51; a liquid crystal panel 41 that forms an image to be projected, by the light emitted from the LED light source 51; a projection optical system 32 that projects the formed image to a projection screen; and a light source moving mechanism configured to protrude the LED light source 51 outside the apparatus body when the projector 200 is in use, and store the LED light source 51 in the apparatus body when the projector 200 is not in use.
