The damper has a coil spring (8) having a surface at an end coil of the coil spring, where the surface runs around a longitudinal axis. Another coil spring (9) includes an end coil with an external diameter larger than an inner diameter of the end coil of the former spring. The end coil of the latter coil spring at an external region of the latter coil spring includes a surface to engage the surface of the former coil spring. The surface of the latter spring runs around the longitudinal axis, where a diameter of the surface is decreased in a direction from a spring path.
