An environmentally friendly detergent composition for cleansing vegetables, fruits, dishes or human body, and a detergent composition for laundry are provided to improve cleansing power, deodorizing effect and antibacterial effect without generating bubbles and to enhance biodegradation and solubility. A detergent composition for cleansing vegetables, fruits, dishes or human body comprises 7-25 weight% of at least one selected from sodium bicarbonate or sodium carbonate; 2-15 weight% of at least one selected from a palm oil, a coconut oil or an olive oil; 3-20 weight% of at least one selected from glycerine or glycerin fatty acid esters; 2-15 weight% of at least one selected from sodium citrate or citric acid; 1-10 weight% of at least one selected from sodium alginate or sodium cellulose glycolate; 0.5-10 weight% of sodium chloride; and the balance of purified water. The mixing ratio of at least one of a palm oil, a coconut oil or an olive oil, and at least one of glycerine or glycerin fatty acid esters is 1:3.
