<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous production method for a grain stock solution to be used for drink and others, intended for solving such inconveniences that a conventional batch type method for producing drink which has grains as the raw material comprises passing separate processes, so the method not only takes time and labor to produce drink but also often makes the viscosity of a processing liquid high by dissolution and pregelatinization of a raw material so as to make production of drink difficult, and beforehand preventing the viscosity of a processing liquid from becoming high, and also always obtaining a processing liquid with fluidity by enzymegenation so as to enable continuous production by a flow line system. <P>SOLUTION: This continuous production method for the grain stock solution comprises performing at a brush each treatment of crushing, dispersion, dissolution, pregelatinization and liquefaction of a raw material of at least one kind of grain, in a mixed liquid which is obtained with a crusher 5 by simultaneously charging the raw material, hot water, and at least amylase as liquefying enzyme into the crusher 5, and obtaining a processing liquid with fluidity, passing the processing liquid through a feeding liquid tube 7 connected with the crusher 5, and heating the product with a heating device 6 which is set ahead the feeding liquid tube so as to deactivate enzyme in the processing liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
