<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a utilization charge information processing system in which efficiency in computation processing of utilization charges in communication services is enhanced and proper demand processing based on client attributes is performed so as to prevent an overload caused by concentrating arithmetic operations on the day to close accounts. <P>SOLUTION: In the utilization charge information processing system for calculating utilization charges in communication services, an exchange records a CDR (Charging Data Record) that is a utilization history of communication services, a CDR collecting means collects CDRs recorded by the exchange, a charging processing means imparts to the collected CDRs a tariff, that is a communication unit price, to generate a charging-processed CDR, a charge processing means multiplies the tariff in the generated charging-processed CDR and a communication quantity to generate a daily CDR file including a utilization charge amount for each day, a daily CDR storage means stores the generated daily CDR file, and a demand processing means uses the daily CDR file of a target month stored in the daily CDR storage means to generate a demand data file in the target month. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
