<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recipe based on technical knowledge or an individually applied recipe, by use of purchase information of a commodity. <P>SOLUTION: A recipe provision system has: a receipt issuing terminal printing a Web site address opened for a user that is a purchaser on a receipt to be issued; a recipe retrieval means retrieving recipe information provided to the user based on information notified from the receipt issuing terminal; a Web server means opening a Web page placing the retrieved recipe information in the Web site address; and an advise request means notifying address information previously registered to the user, showing an address of an adviser terminal used by an adviser about the information of the provided recipe or the information of the purchase commodity of the user.
