PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device capable of improving installation performance in a gasket, and capable of preventing generation of an abnormal sound when an outside metal fitting abuts on a vehicle body panel. SOLUTION: A strut mount insulator 1 has a gasket 50 having an annular abutting part 51 set larger in an inner diameter R1 than an outer diameter (an outer diameter of a cylindrical part 31) r2 in a cylindrical part side end part 36A of a corner part 36 of the outside metal fitting 30, bored with an inner peripheral hole 52 set smaller than an inner diameter r1 of an insertion hole 2B of the vehicle body panel 2 and interposed between a flange part 33 of the outside metal fitting 30 and an abutting part 2A of the vehicle body panel 2, and a plurality of projections 53 constituted so as to be elastically deformable and abutting on an outer peripheral surface 36C of the corner part 36 of the outside metal fitting 30.
