PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam irradiation apparatus and a laser radar system, capable of smoothly inhibiting the swinging width of the servo light on the light-receiving detector. SOLUTION: A second light source (LED 20), which radiates diffused light to be servo light displacing, while accompanying the displacement of the scanning part (scanning lens 14) is arranged, and further, is arranged with a light-projecting element (pin hole plate 104) which projects a light-emitting position by the second light source on the Position Sensitive Detector (PSD 103) via a prescribed area region (hole 104a), at a position closer to the PSD than to an intermediate point between the second light source and the PSD.
