PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a certain and easy clinical marker for determination and/or prediction of therapeutic effect in allergosis and a radical allergosis remedy for allergosis therapy in particular. SOLUTION: The clinical marker for determination and/or prediction of therapeutic effect in allergosis uses an antibody recognizable an apolipoprotein A-IV, an allergosis diagnosis uses the marker, and the allergosis remedy contains the apolipoprotein A-IV.
