PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a false color is generated when pixel signals captured by a solid-state image capturing apparatus are added. SOLUTION: A solid-state image capturing apparatus includes a pixel array section 102, a row scanning section 105, an analog/digital conversion section 120, clock for conversion supply sections 115 and 116, an adder section 114, and an output section 117. The analog/digital conversion section 120 converts an analog signal output from a unit pixel in a row controlled selectively at the row scanning section 105 through a column signal line into a digital signal. The clock for conversion supply sections 115 and 116 generate a clock for conversion being supplied to the analog/digital conversion section 120 while switching between first and second clock periods. The adder section 114 adds a digital signal of a unit pixel converted at the analog/digital conversion section 120 when a clock for conversion of the first clock period is supplied, and a digital signal of a unit pixel converted when a clock for conversion of the second clock period is supplied.
