PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method of forming a color conversion filter with a high-definition color conversion layer, without bringing about an increase of manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the color conversion filter includes (a) processes of forming a plurality of kinds of color filter layers comprising (i) a process of forming a coated film by applying a mixture containing a colorant, light-hardened resin composition, high-volatility solvent, and low-volatility solvent on a transparent substrate, (ii) a process of heating the coated film to evaporate the high-volatility solvent and the low-volatility solvent and form ruggednesses on the surface of the coated film, and (iii) a process of exposing the coated film given the ruggednesses in a patterned shape and developing it, as well as (b) a process of forming a color conversion layer on using an inkjet method on the color filter layer formed through the processes (i) to (iii).
