PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voucher processing machine for classifying used voucher sheets based on a predetermined category and identifying a processing unit of a voucher sheet without spending time and effort. SOLUTION: The voucher processing machine has: a ticket information reading part 43 for reading information from a voucher sheet being carried; ticket sorting means 51 and 52 for sorting voucher sheets; a ticket temporary storage part 55 for accumulating the voucher sheets S; a ticket accumulation part 25 and a ticket rejecting part 24; and a ticket storage part 60 for storing the voucher sheet in the ticket temporary storage part 55. A control unit 33 determines the start of the sorting processing when the ticket information reading part 43 reads a continuous processing specification sheet, and sorts the processing specification sheet into the ticket accumulation part 25 and the ticket rejecting part 24 one by one.
