PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic toner excellent in all of low temperature fixability, hot offset resistance, peelability from a fixing roller, and pulverizing property of the toner, even when the toner contains polyesters having a large difference in the softening point. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic toner contains, as a binder resin, polyesters comprising a polyester H and a polyester L having a softening point lower by 55 to 80°C than that of the polyester H, wherein the polyester L is obtained by condensation polymerization of an alcohol component containing an ethylene oxide adduct of bisphenol A by 30 to 100 mol% and a carboxylic acid component.
