PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle with a rear under-mirror capable of realizing a visually non-recognizable state in which a viewing angle range adjusting film cannot be visually recognized on a rear window glass through the direct visual recognition even when the viewing angle range adjusting film is affixed to a rear window glass, realizing a visually recognizable state in which the viewing angle range adjusting film can be visually recognized on a rear-under mirror through the indirect visual recognition for visually recognizing the rear lower part via the rear under-mirror; and on the other hand, the viewing angle range adjusting film can be visually recognized through the direct visual recognition, and the viewing angle range adjusting film cannot be visually recognized on the rear under-mirror through the indirect visual recognition. SOLUTION: The vehicle 11 with the rear under-mirror has a viewing angle range adjusting film 31 capable of realizing a visually recognizable state in which visual recognition is performed and a visually non-recognizable state in which visual recognition is not performed on a rear window glass 26, depending on a visual recognition angle.
