PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an appearance and a waterproofness around a rail by reducing a clearance between a vehicle body and a cover. SOLUTION: This side part structure 100 of the vehicle A is provided with: a getting in/out port 12 formed in a side part 1a of the vehicle body 1, a slide door 22 for opening/closing the getting in/out port 12 by moving in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle A; a rail member 31 extended in the longitudinal direction from an end part 12a of the longitudinal direction of the getting in/out port 12 to guide moving of the slide door 22; a cover 50 for covering the rail member 31; a window member 5 provided in the side part 1a of the vehicle body 1 on an upper side of the cover 50; and an exterior member 60 extended along a lower end part 5a of the window member 5.
