PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle microphone device provided in an automobile cabin to collect voice of an occupant of an automobile which is simple in structure and can be miniaturized while maintaining performance to collect the voice of the specific occupant. SOLUTION: A microphone 30 is arranged so that a back surface 30b of the microphone 30 is directed to the side of the automobile cabin, a back surface sound collecting port 18b positioned toward the side of a front passenger seat is directly connected to a back surface sound receiving part on a back surface 30b of the microphone 30 and a front surface sound collecting port 18a positioned toward the side of a driver's seat is connected to a front surface sound collecting part on a front surface 30a of the microphone 30 through a passage by-passing the inside of a case body.
