PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a clamping tail part side of a printing plate from being interfered with other equipment with respect to a guide bar apparatus that helps discharging and introducing of the printing plate during printing. SOLUTION: In attaching/detaching a printing plate 1, in the occurrence of the clamping tail part 12 side hanging down from a plate cylinder by weight, the guide bar 41 is oscillated so that the clamping tail part 12 side of the printing plate 1 held by the guide bar 41 is moved to a non-interference position where no interference takes place with other equipment such as the plate cylinder 2 or a bracket cylinder 3 situated in the lower part. As such non-interference position, it is for example a state where the guide bar 41 is situated in the lower part on the opposite side from the bracket cylinder 3 of the plate cylinder 2.
