PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release film wherein silicone migration is reduced the increase of releasing force by exposure to air is reduced and the change in releasing force by repeating adhesion and/or releasing processes is reduced. SOLUTION: The release film gel adhesive protecting layer comprises a releasing layer containing cross-linking silicone resin on at least one surface of a polyester film, and satisfies a formula (1); 10≤FA≤100, a formula (2); FA/FB≤2.0, a formula (3); FC/FA≤2.0 and a formula (4); Si(RT)≤3.0 at the same time, wherein FA is a releasing force on a silicone resin surface, FB is a releasing force after scuffing 200 times a silicone resin surface with a non-woven fabric, FC is a releasing force of a silicone resin surface after holding one day under 20°C and 65% RH, and Si(RT) is an amount of migration of silicone (kcps) to a non-treated polyester film surface after a releasing surface of a releasing film is laminated with a non-treated polyester film, followed by pressing under a normal temperature.
