PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage apparatus which can be relatively small-sized, be arranged in a relatively narrow space, be simply structured, and be less bulky when it is packed and carried. SOLUTION: The storage apparatus includes a hanging body 3 from which an object to be hung is hung, a support 2 for supporting the hanging body 3, a column 1 for supporting the support 2 movably in the vertical direction, a bag body 5 for storing the object to be hung, and a frame body 6 which is loosely fitted to the upper side of the support 2 in the column 1 and to which the upper part of the bag body 5 is fitted. The hanging body 3 is pivoted so as to be turned in the vertical direction, a fixed tooth is provided around the pivot axial center of one of the hanging body 3 and the support 2, and a movable tooth movable in the direction of the pivot axial center and also the direction of approaching and separating from the fixed tooth and a resilient body for urging the movable tooth to the fixed tooth are provided on the other. The storage apparatus is provided with a clutch part 4 for moving the movable tooth to a position separated from the fixed tooth in the pivot axial center direction overcoming the urging force of the resilient body and stopping the movable tooth at the separated position.
