PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed mixer that efficiently and averagely stirring a solution with dissolved powder and bonding them in a short time while not causing compression pressure, rubbing and heat in a feed. SOLUTION: When a stirring drum 1 is locked by a drum locking handle 7 at a fixed position, a feed is fed from a drum inlet 2 and the drum locking handle 7 is released, a drum stirring blade shaft locking clutch 11 is engaged by a drum rotation control switch 8. When a main shaft driving gear 10 is driven, the stirring drum 1 and a blade drum receiving main shaft 4 are driven together so that the feed is raised upward in the form of riding on a blade 6 together with the stirring drum 1 and dropped. A solution sent by a solution high-pressure pump 12 is sprayed by a high-pressure spray nozzle 15 by adjusting a spray angle by a solution timing distributing valve 13. When the feed is bonded and stirred and a fixed amount of the feed is stirred by the spray, the stirred feed is discharged from a drum feed outlet 3 and a fixed amount of the feed is sent by a screw conveyor 20 for preventing biting of transport material.
