PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preventive tool enabling easy and efficient performance of fixing of a synthetic resin film covering material for an agricultural greenhouse, and capable of preventing damage due to snow melting, low temperature, and high temperature. SOLUTION: This preventive tool is such that a fixing base material includes a trunk part which is made of an appropriate synthetic resin film material, and has a required width and thickness, and a required length allowing to invite and arrange the top of equipment, and a branch part which has a required width and thickness, is integrally connected with the trunk part in a direction crossing at a right angle with the length direction of the trunk part at a prescribed interval, and has a length allowing to extend a binding part of a required length from both the ends of the synthetic resin film covering material to be wired. The upper surface of the trunk is integrally connected or equipped with a watering hose material which retains flexibility allowing to fold in a flat shape or freely transform in a cross-section circle shape with a state of flow, and has an appropriate number of watering holes of an appropriate hole diameter, made on both the sides of the length direction.
