PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic image area splitting method, a dynamic image area splitting device, and its program capable of achieving high reappearance characteristic of calculation results and shortening calculation speed. SOLUTION: The dynamic image area splitting device forms a vibrator network composed of a plurality of vibrators corresponding to each pixel of an input image and a global restraint element for temporarily restraining activities of all vibrators by using a difference equation at discrete time points, and dynamically divides an image area by dividing a non-connected area from the input image at time series, and displays the divided image area on an output section in time series as an output image train.
