摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# Polyether polyol composition comprises: (a) a polyether polyol with a hydroxyl (OH) functionality of 3, OH number of 210-255 mg potassium hydroxide (KOH)/g and propylene oxide (PO) content of 90-100 wt.%; (b) a polyether polyol, whose polyol-starting molecule is not derived from renewable raw materials, with OH functionality of 2, OH number of 41-71mg KOH/g and PO content of 90-100 wt.%; (c) a polyether polyol with OH functionality of 2, OH number of 92-132 mg KOH/g and PO content of 90-100 wt.%; and (d) at least a renewable raw material with at least a free OH group. #CMT# : #/CMT# Independent claims are included for: (1) manufacturing a viscoelastic foam, comprising reacting the polyether polyol composition, a polyisocyanate component, optionally water, one or more catalysts under the addition of optionally further auxiliary materials, fillers and/or propellants; and (2) the viscoelastic foam obtained by the above process. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# The polyether polyol composition is useful for the manufacture of viscoelastic polyurethane foam, which is useful in a molded body, where the molded body is useful in mattresses, pillows, seat covers, shoe soles, earplugs, protective clothing, protective equipment or sound insulation (all claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The polyether polyol composition: can be produced from highest portion of a chemically unmodified renewable raw material; and provides the foam with very good viscoelasticity. #CMT#POLYMERS : #/CMT# Preferred Composition: The polyether polyol composition further comprises a polyether polyol (e) with a OH functionality of 2, OH number of 450-550 mg KOH/g and a PO content of 90-100 wt.%. Preferred Components: The amount of (a), (b), (c) and (d) in the polyether polyol composition is 32-54 wt.%, 16-27 wt.%, 11-19 wt.% and 5-50 wt.%, respectively. The component (a) is derived from glycerin as starting molecule. The components (b), (c) and (e) are derived from propylene glycol as the starting molecule. The component (d) contains castor oil, and/or partially and/or completely hydrogenated castor oil. The amount of (e) in the polyether polyol composition is 1-5 wt.%. The quantity of the polyisocyanate component is selected in such a way that the isocyanate index is 70-120, preferably 85-105. Preferred Process: In the process, the polyisocyanate-component is obtained through prepolymerization. #CMT#EXAMPLE : #/CMT# Typical polyether polyol composition comprised of (in parts by weight): polyol (a) (comprising a polyether polyol with a hydroxyl (OH) number of 233 and a polyethylene (PO) content of 100% and glycerin was used as a starting molecule) (42); polyol (b) (comprising a polyether polyol with a OH number of 56 and a PO content of 100% and propylene glycol was used as a starting molecule) (21); polyol (c) (comprising a polyether polyol with an OH number of 112, a PO content of 100% and propylene glycol was used as a starting molecule) (15); castor oil (20); polyol (e) (comprising a polyether polyol with an OH number of 512 and a PO content of 100% and propylene glycol was used as starting molecule); water (1.36); Tegostab BF2370(RTM: Silicone surfactant) (0.60); Addocat 108(RTM: Bis-(2-dimethylaminoethyl)-ether amine catalyst) (0.155); Addocat 105(RTM: Triethylenediamine amine catalyst) (0.50); urea (0.30); and Desmodur T65(RTM: Mixture of 2,4- and 2,6-monomeric isomers of toluene diisocyanate) (37.3).</p>
